FedEx Australia / TNT

TNT was founded in Australia in 1946 by Ken Thomas. After 20 years of growth, he joined forces with a major competitor and created a new company: Thomas Nationwide Transport (TNT). In 1996, the Australian company became the subject of an acquisition by Dutch Post to become a multinational specializing in postal and express activities. In 2016 TNT was acquired by FedEx.

It's fair to say TNT is in a bit of a flux at the moment as the FedEx integration rolls out. The effective date for integration is April 1, 2021.
